A Charleston native, Tim began studying drums and piano in childhood, and has been writing and performing music most of his life. Since joining his first band at age 13, Tim has become a familiar face in the local music scene. He has performed vocal duties and either played keyboards or drums in many bands, including Tangent, Lakeside, 24-7, River, Krank, and Frye’s Alley. In 2015, Tim collaborated with many fellow musicians from the Charleston area to record the Veterans Benefit CD. All proceeds were donated to the Roark-Sullivan Lifeway Center in Charleston who assists homeless veterans.
In addition to performing with the Mark Miller Band, Tim also currently handles auxiliary percussion and backing vocals for the Pink Floyd tribute band, USFLOYD. He also recently recorded an eleven track album of original music with producer Jack Griffith. If you’re interested in a copy of Tim’s CD, see him at the next Mark Miller Band show!
